Website privacy notice
Effective October 9, 2026
This notice covers marssoilent.com and its Extraction Raider pages (the “Site”). It does not cover the Extraction Raider game. The game will have its own privacy policy, published here before release.
Who we are
The Site is run by MARSSOIL ENTERTAINMENT, an independent game developer based in the United Arab Emirates (trade name not yet registered). Questions about this notice: [email protected].
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. The Site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comment boxes. It sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers or pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly which country a visit comes from, the type of device and browser, and the site that referred you. It works without cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other websites. We only see totals, never individual visitors.
What our host sees
The Site is served by Cloudflare, which also provides the visit statistics above. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks and abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Links to other sites
The Site links to our pages on X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Discord. Once you follow a link, that platform’s own privacy policy applies.
If you email us
We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete the conversation once it is no longer needed. We don’t add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because the Site itself collects nothing, the only data we could hold is email you sent us. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
If we change how the Site handles data, for example by adding a newsletter sign-up, we will update this page and its effective date first.
